Like southern people we are, our cuisine is homemade, and reflects the likes and culture of our chef. In his meal preparations you can taste traditional southern Chilean flavours, even more innovative preparations made in this Patagonia latitudes that are captured in a personal and small menu.

NATURAL SHELTER

This palette of flavours can be tasted in a warm and familiar rustically decorated restaurant, with a high wooden ceiling, comfortable armchairs, a huge fireplace as the centre piece of the dining room, and large windows that allow you to look at the old trees in the lodge from your table; all these details are specially designed to transmit a pleasant sensation of being in a shelter, and also inviting you, apart from eating, to relax, converse or read.

A fully-equipped, covered, and relaxing quincho is located next to the restaurant and it is in front of the shore of the river for wood burning barbecues; a place that invites guests and visitors to tell their stories or anecdotes experienced in our lodge. If the weather is fine, this place is perfect for a quiet lunch.

COMMITMENT TO GOOD SERVICE

Our restaurant and quincho do not open to the general public, which is why our guests in our eco-village and fly fishing and countryside day clients have total exclusivity, which means that you do not have to wait to find an available table or that a dish mentioned in the menu has run out.

FLAVOUR DIVERSITY:
Only in the months of january and february (high season).

Our menu is often renovated according the products and ingredients of the season, but as a general rule you can find a wide variety of meal preparations, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
